All apartments are completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, and all feature their own balcony or separate terrace.
SAUNA AND STEAM BATH
After an active day on the mountains and slopes of the region, our wellness area awaits you with a steam bath and a Finnish sauna for 6 people, as well as a cold water bath to invigorate the senses and a relaxation area with wonderful loungers. Our wellness area is available on request to all guests of the Herzblick, summer and winter.

Silvretta Card Premium
The Silvretta Card Premium offers you countless possibilities, such as unlimited the use of the cable cars in the Paznaun and Samnaun, free use of the entire public transport system in the Paznaun and the Montafon, as well as a myriad of special discounts, such as 25% off for the Skyfly.
Booking details
All information about your stay at the Herzblick in See in the Paznaun is provided below in order to make your vacation here as relaxing as possible.
On the day of arrival you can check in between 4 pm to 9 pm. If you plan on arriving after 6 pm, we ask that you notify us. On the departure day, you must vacate your apartment by 10 am.
A deposit of 30% of the booked arrangement is payable at the time of booking your vacation.
You have the option to pay your bill in advance from home via a bank transfer or to pay on site with your debit card (EC card) or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
To start your day off right, you can eat breakfast in the local bakery located close to the apartment.
The local taxes in See are €4.50 per person/day for people aged 15 and over.
Plenty of parking spaces are located right in front of the apartments. Please provide the prospective number of cars upon making your booking.
Cancellations are only valid if made in writing and are charged as follows:
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
- In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
- 100% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made 1 day prior to arrival or for no-shows.
The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply otherwise.
It’s good to have cancellation insurance just in case something goes wrong and you have to cancel your booked vacation last minute. As a precaution for cancellations as well as early departures and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend taking out the Hotelstorno Plus insurance package or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance package (incl. accident benefits).
The card comes with all bookings made at Haus Herzblick between June 14 and October 13, 2025.
